what I do as a day of coordinator...

I meet with you well in advance and talk with you about your wedding day and the plans of how this day will work, coming prepared with a list of questions to discuss with you about the day- things you might not have thought of before! Using all of your planning and information, I make a plan for the day and am there on the day to execute the plan so you don’t have to think about it. You have control, meaning you do more of the planning but I am there on the special day of to make sure it day goes smoothly and you can just enjoy the day.  I also attend and run the rehearsal so the wedding party will know what to do!

let's chat!! this is where I get the general idea of the wedding and plans and provide you with a list of questions and things to consider while you plan your day

Re-convene.  It's time to check in and get those answers from you.  Answer and clarify questions through the processUse all the finalized information to create a wedding day schedule/plan that I will use on the day of and give to a copy to anyone helping who needs it

the wedding day.  things are running smoothly!  I will answer all questions from anyone that needs any answer- the caterer, the DJ, the bridal party... and communicate with everyone to make sure the day goes as planned.
